  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • KULA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

  • We offer a 7-day return window only for damaged products.

  • No refunds are provided on products once sold.

  • We do not offer exchanges based on size, colour, or preference.

  • Shipping charges are adjusted only if a product is deemed defective after inspection.
