Refund policy

At KULA, every product is crafted and dispatched with due diligence and strict quality checks. As a result, instances of damage are extremely rare. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns for Damaged Products Only

We offer a 3-day return window strictly in the event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing kulaindiacommunity@gmail.com with the following details:

• Order number

• Clear images and/or video of the damaged product

• Images of the outer packaging

We do not offer return on items on sale.

Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back with:

• Original packaging

• Dust bag

• All tags intact

• Any accompanying materials received with the order

Returns without complete packaging will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to KULA.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Quality Check & Resolution

Once the returned product is received, KULA will take 3–4 working days to conduct a thorough quality inspection.

If the damage or defect is verified:

• A brand-new replacement product will be issued, or

• A KULA gift voucher will be provided, redeemable on our online store

Shipping charges will be adjusted only if the product is confirmed to be defective.

If the product is found to be free from defects, no refund or replacement will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer at customer expense.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products once sold.

No Exchange Policy

KULA follows a no exchange policy.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order.

Important Note on Material & Finish

As our bags are crafted from pure plant-based coconut leather, slight variations in colour and texture may occur from piece to piece. This is a natural characteristic of the material and a part of its authenticity.

In rare instances, you may notice the presence of moisture on the surface. This is not a defect or damage, but a natural reaction that occurs only with chemical-free, non-toxic materials interacting with the environment. It does not affect the quality or durability of the bag. A gentle wipe with a soft cotton cloth is sufficient to remove it.

These variations are a reflection of purity, not imperfection.
